20 hours a week

The HOH Competitive Gymnastics Team trains girls at Levels 4 through 10. Students train a minimum of nine hours and up to twenty-five hours a week. The Competitive Team competes anywhere from six to ten competitions a year, traveling all over the country. Our Competitive Team is nationally ranked and students have received college scholarships based on their performances. The coaches for the team are continually educating themselves on the latest techniques and skills. The Competitive Team is by invitation only and students must go through our development program in order to join. If you are interested in having your child evaluated, please speak to the front desk.
