Joining Head over Heels in 2016, Rowan began taking classes and learning the basics of gymnastics. At age 12, she progressed as a coach in training. Rowan obtained her work permit in November of 2022, when she advanced to coaching holiday camps.
Rowan enjoys spending time with friends and family, crocheting, and practicing gymnastics herself, as an Xcel gold gymnast.
