Does your child have previous gymnastics experience?

Please take a moment in filling out the form below so we can evaluate your child and place them in the class list that’s most appropriate for them. Once we receive this form, we will contact you to coordinate time to schedule an evaluation. Evaluations can take 15 to 30 minutes.

Evaluations are for children 6 and older that have previous experience in gymnastics classes. Children 18 months to 5 years old should enroll in our preschool class program. Children over 6 that DO NOT have previous experience should enroll in Co-Ed Beginner classes.
